Herewith shipping arrangements for Southpacs in Auckland Feb 9 - 12,
1999.
Australia
ANZDL have offered us discounted rates for roll on, roll off shipping.
NZ$1000.00 per trailer of two boats (one above the other).
All masts from each port on one trailer to cut down the volume.
Price includes all charges. ie no extra wharf/loading etc.
NZ Fleet will arrange customs clearances at this end at no charge, and
store the boats until the regatta.
Sailing dates(subject to slight alterations):
Brisbane: 5 January
Sydney: 8 January
Melbourne: 11 January
Adelaide: To be confirmed

One of our fleet members, Keith Taylor, who ships used cars from Japan
regularly, can arrange very good rates if anyone is interested. Please
contact me and we will get you a price.

Still working to get a better rate. Best price we have so far is 50% but
it is still very expensive. Will advise more as soon as we know.
