I agree to keeping the rules simple.

Unfortunetly for Ovi 3, simple rules like:

Hull Length: 14 feet

mean the boats are going to be 14' long. Not 95mm longer, or 70mm longer
or 20mm longer. Who wants to try and build boats at home when you have
to sort through wierd specifications about what is allowed to make your
boat longer, where, how much.... I already have a tough time with our
specifications, as does everyone else since Ovi 3's loa/lwl would be a
none issue if the rules were clear.
