There seems to be a bit of confusion about this. There were discussions
at Itchenor this weekend but nothing was confirmed. Who is organising
it? The e-mail copy of the calendar has it down for the 25th July,
Sunday. High water is at 10.27, and we could easily sail out on the ebb
with an 11.00 or 12.00 start. The latter would be better as we would be
more likely to be coming back on the flood. There was some talk of
going to the Nab Tower instead of Cowes. I'm a bit concerned that the
seas could be bigger, and help a bit farther away.
Could somebody at Itchenor lay down the gauntlet, Bastardo style?
