Thanks, Andy for pointing out that we fell in a bit, I dont get out much
these days, and for the most part our falling in was due to lack of time on
the water and Alcohol induced! the later having more affect I think.
The boat is not a 2z, it is a Bieker 2 which I have modified, vertical top
sides and a small tuck in the transom.
The rig is a CST 4 mast which is a development from the CST 3 which Grant
used at the worlds, (Grant is now using the CST 4)
sails were from Dave Alexander as per his own set-up. Thanks to Dave for
making the effort to come to the Europeans and for the help he gave me in
setting up the rig.
Our rig controls consisted of; Kicker, Cunno, Caps and rig tension which was
set before getting on the water, we used Holts 6mm fine tune chainplates for
shrouds, D2s and lowers which we set at the beginning of the week and left.
Once again thanks to Dave Alexander, Clive Watts and Grant Geddes for there
help.
Iam off to drag Baggers from the pub, might have a swifty?
