Does the UK 14 assoc have authority to demand a #163#50 charge for advertising
on boats?
Are we not an International class governed by one set of rules? I do not see
it in the rules of in any ISAF rules, no other 14 assoc have a charge for
advertising, so why is it the UK have to charge? should it not be voted on
by the world council? I am sure it would not be popular!
