Yes the bloody thing is broke !!!

The 99 Worlds web server is down at a critical time (from yesterday
5/11/98). To compound the problem snail mail is taking up to 4 weeks to
arrive from overseas locations.

With these factors in mind we propose to offer competitors one weeks
grace on entry deadline.

Entry closure is set at 13/11/98

Sorry for the inconvenience - all who can are working on the problem.
