    Subject: need opinions

    We want to buy an old plywood International 14 from a friend's family. None
    of us have any idea of its fair value and wondered if any of you could offer
    opinions on it. The boat was restored some years ago but now has soft spots
    on the transom and rear quarters. We are thinking of using penetrating
    epoxy - West System on the bad spots and then sand and paint of varnish.
    Mast and boom are wood, main and jib are good. Any thoughts on our
    situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much, Jeanne and
