Dear Sirs,

hyly I want to propose (to prevent future problems) not to use:

b) Replace the Wording to be 'There is no restriction as to size shape
or thickness of either the Centreboard, or the rudder, except that there
will be no increase in thickness below the keel'
---------
Instead of that think of using following:
---------
b) Replace the Wording to be 'There is no restriction as to size shape
or thickness of either the Centreboard, or the rudder, except that there
will be no increase in thickness below the keel OR ITS LINEARLY ELONGATION'
---------
