Leigh Brite, a long time member and patron to the International 14 Fleet,
died on Friday, June 15, 2001. He was actively racing China Cloud, his J-40,
right up to the end. His death came after a lengthy illness that only slowed
but never stopped his sailing days. Leigh's spirit and tradition of
competition and innovation will remain with us. Marilyn's e-mail is

announcement of a Celebration of Leigh's Life will be made at a later date
