Can anyone advise the status of the implimentation of the latest rule
changes particularly convex headsail roaches.

Last gossip said likely Jan 1, 2001 start date which is right in middle
of Australian Nationals.

Also is exact new wording / interpretation available to show exactly how
to measure the jibs under the rule change.
