Greg,
I made a Storyboard out of the "How to manual". I cut the sections out and
tacked them on poster board (3ft high and 2 ft across) with pictures of all
the Hawaii 14s at the the Pac Rim race. I take the Storyboard to all races
and meetings/awards dinner etc. I really have gotten a lot of milage out of
it. Thanks for writing the copy Greg. The pictures of the Junior sailors on
their first 14 ride are great. I also bring a copy of our schedule, boats
for sale, and the class rules.
We are having a "sail a 14 day" this Friday---, Barbecue, and Univ' of
Hawaii football game event--All in one afternoon. The YC that hosted the
Pac' Rim event has asked me to present a proposal for 2002 at their Feb
Board of Directors meeting.
Is my mate Darrell Dedman out there in cyberspace somewhere?? Send me an
email mate!!
