There's a long time fleet in Annapolis Md. at Severn Sailing Assn.
Somewhat diminished now, it was a hotbed of activity with former World
Champion (John Gallagher)(it wasn't called the Worlds then though),
Nationals , and World Team Racing Championship winners.
 I can put you in touch with the fleet guys.
Somehow, though Annapolis is full of boats it has a hard time supporting
the good ones! The Fourteen fleet has always struggled to find that
essential critical mass.
