2016/2017 Worlds Proposals


We are fortunate to have two great proposals for the Worlds after the January 2015 event in Geelong; one from France and one from Barbados. Member countries have been asked to submit their vote on which they prefer by the end of January 2014. Details of the proposals are below:

Note - and this amends the presentations - the dates are flexible, anytime in 2016 or 2017 is free; we are assuming 2016, in line with the Class's usual timing. Dates suggested are from after the Easter weekend until June 1st, or October 31st until December 15th. This is to use the tourism "shoulder season" to get the best transport and accommodation rates, while also avoiding the summer hurricane season
